- Where do you ship from? USA warehouse (most orders) + select EU suppliers.
- How long does it take? 5–7 business days (USA/Canada), 7–18 days (rest of world). Tracking number sent within 48 hours.
- How much is shipping? Free for Canada and the US!
- True to size. If you’re between sizes or have wide feet, size up.
- 30 days to return unworn shoes in original box.
- You pay return shipping unless the item is defective/wrong – then we cover it.
- Refunds processed within 7 days of us receiving the return.
- Suede: brush gently with a suede brush, protect with water-repellent spray.
- Cork footbed: wipe with damp cloth, air dry. They mold to your feet over time – that’s normal and perfect.
